This website provides general information about Technology Oriented Solutions, its capabilities and systems under development.
No automatic service agreement
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a demonstration or viewing this website does not create a contract. Project scope, fees, ownership, support, security obligations and acceptance requirements must be agreed separately in writing.
Project and portfolio status
Portfolio descriptions may include demonstrations, prototypes, architecture work, test environments and active development. Production suitability depends on client-specific testing, security review, legal requirements and formal acceptance.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or use the contact form for unlawful activity or spam.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website content, branding and original presentation are owned by or licensed to TOS. Client project rights must be governed by the applicable written agreement.
